Question Which of these two AM5 motherboards?

I've shortlisted two motherboards for a new build. Their features are not quite identical but both meet my requirements. Is there any one that you would advise me to choose over the other?

Other components:
Ryzen 7 9700X (will not be overclocked)
2x16GB 6000MT/s RAM kit from the QVL
2x1TB 4x4 NVMe SSDs
RTX 4070
XPG Core Reactor 750W
27-inch QHD monitor

The mobo candidates are -
1. MSI Pro B650-VC WiFi II (ATX)
2. Asus B650M-AYW WiFi (mATX)

The price difference is just $2-3, so not important. The question is whether one is preferable over the other in terms of build quality, VRM, stability, user experience, cooling, layout, etc.

I prefer full ATX because you can add extra PCIe cards at a later date, e.g. 10Gb/s network cards. You do need a bigger chassis though.
