Which of these two B250 motherboards?

I'm building a PC for a friend, with a Pentium G4560. I'm trying to decide between the MSI B250M PRO-VD and the ASRock B250M-HDV.

The ASRock is cheaper, although I have tons of experience with MSI MoBos and trust them.

Please give your thoughts and opinions.

Neither are good, you should spend a touch more and get a better board like the B250 Pro4.

I'm really wanting to stick with the Pentium to keep a better upgrade path for him.

Looks nothing wrong with it, just keep a good airflow on the case and that thing will last

Get this, but I highly suggest saving for a 1050Ti for $20 over budget, well worth it.
