Which of these two computers are better?

They both kind of suck, but the first one has an actual gaming GPU, the 2nd would only be suited for streaming video.

Are you comfortable with building your own? You could get a better computer for that price range by building yourself.

The ibuypower is better "out of the box" because of a more powerfull GPU. However, its 400w PSU means you can't just get a better video card if you want to upgrade later.

The other comes with a weaker GPU but the CPU can be overclocked and the power supply can handle a better GPU if you ever want to upgrade that.

This will be a little more expensive and we can cut the costs down in a few areas but it will smoke both those PCs and every single part is of a higher quality than both those PCs (aside from the CPUs which are about the same)

Is this to build your own computer?

I never have, but it might be fun?

I think I can actually just download free legal copy of windows 8 from school lol. :p

So that would be 500?

Will prices be cheaper on cybermonday... I was debating if I built a computer I could buy like 500 dollar worth of parts then... and getting closer to Christmas I will have lots more money to spend... what do you think?

So maybe get a more expensive system? :D

I can't decide honestly... stick and lots of other people keep telling me to build a computer...

But maybe it is too big of a hassle.. would the second one be good enough and I could just upgrade the graphics card later?
