I have ordered a lot from Newegg, and never had any problems. Everything arrived working and well packed. I can imagine they will especially care for packages going overseas.

As for the cards, go EVGA. It has a faster clock, which will actually benefit you more than the extra 2gb of gddr5. With only a 128 bit bus, the 4gb 960s see only marginal improvement over the 2gb models. I actually did the same research when I got my 960. On top of performance, EVGA is one of the best brands and has the best customer service in the industry. I also pushed my EVGA GTX 680 to the limits and has always performed well. I'd go with that one.

Newegg to Ireland will cost you a fortune in tax & import duties (25-30% of the retail cost)

Buy from amazon UK , it will be cheaper by far.
