Which of these two laptops is better?

• Intel Iris Xe Graphics (shared graphics memory)
• 12GB, 8GB+4GB, DDR4, 3200MHz

2)Dell Inspiron 14 5401 Laptop:

• 14" FHD
• 10th Generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 Processor (8MB Cache, Up to 3.9 GHz)
• NVIDIA GeForce MX330 (2 GB) GDDR5
• 12GB, 8GB+4GB, DDR4, 3200MHz

I will use this laptop for programming.

Does (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) better than (Nvidia GeForce MX330-2GB)?

Neither of those are good for gaming, for standard use I would get the one within larger screen and newer CPU.
