In favour of MSI - higher overclock, more DisplayPort outputs
In favour of Gigabyte - Extra DVI output, likely quieter (but check reviews)
I can't see the prices for your area, but this could be a factor too.

I have the evga with ACX 2.0+ (but the 2GB memory one) - it's absolutely cool, quiet, even after long hours of gaming the fan is not very audible. I had a lot of video cards and always the cheap fans failed because of the lack of good bearings. ACX 2.0 means ball bearings - that's why I got it.

The Gigabyte one is shorter, less cooling area, so the fans will run faster (and louder) to get the same cooling.
Better cooling means also more OC room - if you are into that.

PS: I have added an older GT 730 dedicated to PhysX (Fallout 4) and I cannot be more happy about performance at 1920x1080.

Personally, I would go with the EVGA SSC. Better clocks and a much better customer service.

I'm an EVGA person. I've dealt with most of the main GPU vendors, and they have the best customer service, in my opinion.
