Which of these two PCs do you recommend the most?

Mother: MSI A68HM-E33 V2 AMD FM2+ HDMI

CPU: AMD A6-7600k

RAM: 2x4gb Corsair 1600MHz

Power Supply: Corsair VS450 450w 80 Plus

GPU: Asus Strix Radeon RX 560 OC

Both for 500 dollars

Number 2 will create a bottleneck?
How much could I perform overclok in 1?

I would get the Ryzen 3 2200G system. Both have similar CPU base frequency but the Ryzen is a quad-core and the A6 is a dual core. Plus the A6 is much older tech.

I'd go with number 1. You have a much newer platform, an actual quad core, and an IPC > 50% higher than the A6 at the same clock speed. You will also be able to add other things to number 1 when you want to upgrade it.

The A6-7600K is basically garbage. The RX560 is not all that great either. The B350M board on the other hand has a future. The 2200G is pretty bleh, but it tremendously better than the A6 and dollar wise it is much better value than the RX 560. So you just need to add a video card to the option 1 and you are good to go for the most part. A good GTX1060 can be had for $200.

The Ryzen system also has better memory. You can add a graphics card later.

As others have already written, Ryzen beats older generation AMD CPUs hands-down, even more so where APUs are concerned with Ryzen 2xxxG's Vega-based IGP being about twice as fast as the old A-series'.
