Which of these two RAM sets is better?

Can someone explain which of these is better?

The only difference I can see is in the timing, which I don't really understand yet. I'm tempted to go for the cheaper set.

Any advice with a little explanation??

It really depends on what you will need it for. But for only 5 dollars more I would get the faster ram (lower numbers are better). Just think of it as making a sandwich for work for a couple of days instead of eating out.

I would spend the extra $5 for the faster timings. Also, there is a voltage difference of 1.65V vs 1.5V of the faster RAM. You will need to set the timings, speed (MHz) and voltage on the "Blue" G.SKILL's. The "Red" will just require the speed (MHz) adjusted.

If someone wants to throw in another recommendation (and qualify it) that would be cool. I'd like a nice set for my 4gb... Don't mind spending a few dollars more
