Which of these two sets are better?

I'm looking a modest pre-built PC and found 2 sets with perfect prices for my budget and needs. But being a noob I am with computer hardwares, I don't know which one is better between the two.

here they are:
PC #1
mobo: biostar H61MLV3 1155
cpu: intel G630 sandy bridge
gpu: amd radeon HD 5500 series 1gb 128bit ddr3
hdd: 500GB
ram: 2x2gb

PC #2 (only $18 above #1.)
mobo: intel DH61WW LGA 1155
cpu: intel core i3 2120t
gpu: geforce 9600gt 512mb 256bit ddr3
hdd: 250GB
ram: 2x2gb

I see. The gpu differences made me unsure which one to pick. I guess the bits doesn't mean much then. Thanks for your answer!

With PCIe bits don't matter much but amount and type of VRAM does,
