Which of these two will be better for light games?

Which will be a better choice for light games like League of Legends and World of Warcraft? Actually, the price of the first almost matches the price of the second, unfortunately my father gave me a tight budget, so if I decided to build the second one I will skip to buy a graphics card, but do you think I can play just fine with its integrated graphics? Help here guys.

The 2nd is far better! The onboard graphics will work ok at medium depending on your resolution. I would go for that and save your $$ for a better graphics card down the line. I believe the first cpu will be crippled by world of warcraft. Wait for someone else to answer as I am no expert on those games.

I think I will be just using 1366x768 resolution or maybe a 1600x900.

The 2nd will be much better on a game like WoW that will utilize the cpu much more and with a lower res @1366x768 will help with getting fairly smooth FPS. You will just need to mess with the settings to tweak it for visuals/performance. Plus down the road you could always add in a decent gpu and wont need to worry about any bottlenecking.
