Which of these will be best for gaming on?

Which of these laptops would be better for gaming on?
The star wars HP laptop (Intel I5 2.3 ghz, 6Gb RAM, 1TB hardrive and a GTX 940m)
A HP pavillion (AMD quad core A8-6410, 8Gb RAM, 1Tb hardrive and a AMD Radeon r7 m260)
Or an ASUS Zenbook (Intel core I7-3612QM, 8Gb RAM, 512GB SSD and a GTX 650m)
The most intensive game I will be playing will be fallout 4. Which of these will be best?

Will it be marginally better than the others or will it be league's better? Would it only having 6GB or RAM compared to 8 make a difference?

Unfortunately it turns out the HP doesn't actually come with a GTX 940m. Which one would be best now?

I may suggest you pick the HP (i5 2.3ghz, 6GB RAM, 1TB hard-drive, GTX940M), however, you can think out of the box, looking at mainstream spec like MSI core i7 GTX960M, 16RAM, 1TB HDD.
