ASUS Z170-A or Asus B150 Pro Gaming Aura

the Z170-A is obviously better MB.
but which one you should buy, depends on your CPU and your needs.
there is also an Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Aura

You got a 6600k/6700k or running 2 Nvidia GPUs in SLI >>> Z170 Board
You don't Run neither of those things >>> B150
