Which is a better processor, AMD FX-8120 or the Intel Core I5-3350???

The Intel processor is the better of the two you listed. However, why are you even considering the FX-8120. You would be better off to consider the FX-8320 or the FX-8350. At least those two can post comparable performance to the Intel processors.
