[SOLVED] Which one gpu is worth in 2021

Hi guys, I cannot make a Choice between a Gtx 780ti and a HIS R9 290 IceQ X2 OC.
Which one is the best in 2021.
I know gpu prices are very high but both are 140$ in prices
The R9 is 147$ and 780ti is 142$

If the current cpu is also kind of old - say, i7-6700/7700 or earlier - the R9 should have an edge.

It's unfortunate a RX 570 isn't possible, that would be better than either.
