Heat dissipation of what? The cooler? They both aren't even of the same specs, let alone the internal layout of components;

We will need more information. What is the purpose of the rig, as in what will the rig be used for? You posted this thread in the Cooling section as well as the Cases section, are you looking at the case as a standalone option off of Ebay(or maybe you found it after someone had discarded it)?
