which one has the better airflow?

I'm looking for a budget case tower and don't know which one have the better airflow:

BitFenix Merc Alpha Midi
Silverstone SST-PS05B USB 3.0
Zalman Z5
I'm not gamer but the CPU will be quite hot with virtualization running.

from the pictures I seen of each I think this one. has many options for fan cooling and room for a double wide radiator.
