Which one is best for Gaming INTEL or RYZEN

I will build the gaming PC so which CPU is best from these two processors Intel Pentium g4560 and AMD ryzen 3 1200.which of them will give Higher fps and good performance and fit in budget?
My spes:
8gb ram.
Gt 710 2gb gpu.
Motherboard: after choosing the CPU.

Those 2 are almost alike. Ryzen 3 1200 wins on average fps by a really small margin (under 5%). I would take the decision by using the cheapest price after you add the mobo price.

Your GT710 is not exactly meant for gaming.
2400G's iGPU is about somewhere between 1030 and 1050, which is more powerful than 710.
How about picking 2400G instead of 1200 or G4560 and ditch your 710 at the same time?
