Its not massive but the 770 does win most benchmarks

The 770 is more comparable to a R9 290X then a 280X. I tend to favor the the name brands when buying parts (EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc.) so i can speak to the card quality but the 770 benchmarks higher. Take a look

EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte gtx 770s cost alot compared to palit's. is palit not a good brand when it comes to gpus?

No idea, never heard of them and the site i typically buy my HW from (newegg) doesn't sell a 770 from that company. Guess its kind of up to you if you want to roll the dice for what I would guess is only a few bucks on a pretty expensive piece of hardware.

a 660 TI is about the same amout below a 280X that the 280x was below the 770.


How is the price of a 670, still beats a 280x, but should be a bit cheaper? or a 760 is almost exactly equal to the 280x

i'd better save up for a gtx 770 then. probably from evga however the one from palit is still tempting being the cheaper brand than evga.
