The 770 is more comparable to a R9 290X then a 280X. I tend to favor the the name brands when buying parts (EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc.) so i can speak to the card quality but the 770 benchmarks higher. Take a look http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

No idea, never heard of them and the site i typically buy my HW from (newegg) doesn't sell a 770 from that company. Guess its kind of up to you if you want to roll the dice for what I would guess is only a few bucks on a pretty expensive piece of hardware.
