which one is better EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0 or Inno3D iChill Geforce GTX 970 4GB Ultra HerculeZ X4 Air Boss

I am going to purchase gpu but confused in two above

since EVGA is the main board partner for nvidia, i'd go with it, because they know what they're doing.
also, the FTW version is a beefed up 970, so i'd also go with that because of that reason.
ALSO, i think it looks awesome, so YEAH.
