Question Which one is better for gaming?

Hey guys been looking to get another pc, there are 2 PCS i have chose (it was a custom built)
between these 2 I want to know which one is better for gaming.
Here are the games i played: Overwatch, VALORANT, GTA V and Warzone (if these 2 can run)

And here are the PC specifications

1st one

CPU : AMD RYZEN 5 1400 Turbo 3.4Ghz 4C 8T
MB : MSI A320
RAM : 8 GB 2666MHZ DDR4
VGA : GTX 1650 4GB
HDD : SDD 240 GB
PSU : AEROCOOL SUPERB 600W FULL


And the 2nd one

CPU : i3-9100F up to 3.6Ghz 4C 4T
MB : B360
RAM : 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ
VGA : GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB
HDD : SSD 240GB or HDD 1TB
PSU : AERO COOL 600W

Which of these 2 is better for gaming?

Neither because the PSU is rubbish, I presume they are pre-builts?

PD: replace that garbage psu

I think they are actually I saw it online in my country, the 2nd one can change to ANTEC PSU 700W or this Antec is not good either XD

Anyway, both are crap and old. I wouldn't buy any of those unless they are 300$ or less

It depends on how much you have to spend, it could be you say sum x and someone could have a much better idea as to what you have listed as options.

I had a budget of 15,000 thai baht (500$ USD) and I live in Thailand
