which one is better GEFORCE GTX 650 1GB DDR5 VS. ATI REDION HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5

hiii.... friends...... I want to buy a new GPU. my price range is 8000 rupees. so I am confused between GEFORCE GTX 650 1GB DDR5 AND ATI REDION HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5. So please tell me which onr to buy for gaming....
my SPECIFICATION:
Pentium dual core 2.78 GHZ
4GB DDR3 RAM
320GB HDD
450 WTT PSU

They are about the same. I'd pick the cheaper of the two. Nvidia has lower power consumption though if that is a concern, but if you are into overclocking the 7770 would be better. At stock speeds I'd probably get the 650 because it also has PhysX, not that it is a big deal, but it is an extra feature (plus I like Nvidia control panel way better than AMD catalyst).
