which one is better gtx 750 ti 4gb or gtx 950

i am willing to buy a new graphics card. i am thinking of getting a gtx 750 ti 4gb oc or gtx 950 2gb oc.
which one is better ? they are both the same price

the 950 is more optimized but the 4gb might be a little better. if its oc then go 750 ti and just overclock

prety much every benchmark ive seen has the 950 on top. i just got one recently and i couldnt be happier with it for the price.
