Question which one is better thermal grizzly or Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra ?

Hey everyone, I hope you doing great guys

I planing to delidding my i7-7700K, but not sure which liquid metal to use :/ thermal grizzly is more expensive than Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra, does it worth it to pay more for grizzly or they are the same ?

They show overall TCG (Thermal Grizzly) was more effective by a few degrees.
For reference, RED on the graph is CLU, Purple is TCG.

I want to get some more performance by overclocking my CPU and to avoid hight temperatures and keep my system little quiet and I think De-Lidding is good option or it’s not?

Well delidding does reduce temperatures, but it's a lot of risk where in most cases it isn't necessary.
What current temperatures do you get under load? and with what cooler?
