hey guys i am thinking of building my pc and i was wondering which one out of these 2 options would be better. No more advanced parts as i am already broke as it is. Thanks :)

Intel CPU BUNDLE 5 - Intel i5 3470, 16GB Kingston, ASUS B75-M
CPU Coolers Arctic Freezer i30 for Continuous Operation
Internal Desktop Drives Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA3
Cases (PSU included) Thermaltake Black Spacecraft VF-I - PSU Included 500w

or

CPU Coolers Deepcool Gamma Archer CPU Cooler
AMD Motherboards Asus M5A78L-M-LX-V2 AMD Mainboard - AM3+
Internal Desktop Drives Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Solid State Drives (SSD) Samsung 840 120GB (MZ-7TD120BW) 2.5" SSD
Desktop Memory Kingston DDR3 16GB (4x4GB) PC3-14900/1866 CL9 HyperX RAM (KHX1866C9D3K4/16GX)
Cases (PSU included) Thermaltake Black Commander MS-I
Graphics Cards Asus nVidia GeForce GTX 650 TI 1GB (GTX650TI-1GD5) Performance Graphics

The top one will cost me around $650 and the seond oen will cost me around $850

neither.

with good airflow you can make due without a cpu cooler.

a ssd is completely out of your budget and doesnt improve game performance so forget it.

a 500w psu is cutting it very close to minimums a 550, 600 or 650 would be better.

you only need 8gb of ram for gaming.

the psu included with cases is typically junk and is very risky to use.

---------------

you forgot to list...

what games? what settings? what resolution?
how long the pc should last?
any other demanding applications?
any preferences?
what is your actual budgeted maximum?
i did not see you list an OS. do you already have one and a license key?

i threw something together however if you can stretch the budget further you can step up a tier.
