I wanted to buy a HDD for my new rig and I found these two... Which one is better?

I was wondering which one is better ?
On their official sites I found that Seagate has transfer rate of 210MB/s and WD has transfer rate of 150MB/s....
So which one will be better? I think seagate? or what do you think?

Solution
Putting performance to one side for the moment, I have to say that for me at least, WD drives have been far more reliable than Seagate ones. All the Seagate drives I've bought over the past 6 to 8 years have all failed long before they should have.

Reliability is more important than performance as far as i'm concerned.

yes I agree that reliability is important but performance is also important...

I used a seagate barracuda 500GB HDD before and I had 2 external hdd of WD and Seagate... Both were equally good(as per me)....

But which would you prefer? WD? But its performance is low...

Hey I looked for 500GB HDDs and I found these two :

Both have high performance... Which one do you prefer... From the above two links I saw that WD has higher Data Transfer Rate than Seagate... So should I buy that?
