Or the slightly more expensive

Both have mail-in rebate. The 1GB is 89 after rebate while the 2GB version is 119. It expires on 31/01/2014 or 01/31/2014 (the American way). Better catch the promotion. It is the best you will find. I personally would go for the 2gb version.

Best is if you find a HD 7750 with GDDR5. Sapphire is a lot better brand then PowerColor. I would propose to stick to brands like Asus, Sapphire and Gigabyte. XFX and EVGA are a mixed bag. Their high-end models are good, while their lower models are worse. Zotac, PowerColor, PNY, Palit, Gainward and etc. have lower build quality in general.

$100 or less is my budget. looking for playable fps in bf3/4, blackflag and cod ghost.

Those video cards can't handle those games.

I suggest GTX 660 for $160 but since you are on a tight budget I'd get 650 TI for $120

But if you want to Play BF4, I'd suggest going with AMD because they should release Mantle for 7000 series and R (8000) series.
If I was you I'd get at least a AMD 7850 because 128bit with 1gb GDDR5 transfer rate is just not gonna cut it with the games you want to play.

You can get 7850 for $150 (256 bit with 2gb GDDR5) to get an OK performance on High settings on BF4.
