The GTX 760 is the best overall.

The GTX760 is the best out of the ones you mentioned. The R9 280 and 285 are practically in the same price range though and they are better than the GTX760. I can't guarantee you ultra settings without knowing the rest of your parts and what resolution monitor you will be using.

The GTX760 should handle 1080p ultra, but I would feel more comfortable with the 280 or 280x if you can swing the extra $$$

The 970 is awesome for $330. The 290 is also very good in the $250 price range if you can't afford the 970.
