The GV-N75TOC2-2GI has a slightly faster clock speed out-of-the-box. Should be worth a few FPS.
Both require a 6 pin connection and a good PSU.

That should be fine.
Can you read the nameplate on the PSU? If so, check the +12V specs. Amps and watts if listed.

+12v1 18A , +12v2 18A, -12v 0.5A Max Combined Power:432W

The +12v ratings (2 x18A rails) is quite small for 500W. I suspect it is a fake 500W. Those +12V specs put it more in the 350W category. But as long as you don 't overclock anything, you should be alright.
