i would say gigabyte
it uses better vrm than msi board (IR vs NiKo). feature wise, they are very similar.
one thing i don't like MSI is that they use this Niko (mediocre at best ) mosfets pretty much in all of their boards excepts for their ultra high end stuff.
personally, i would pick gigabyte, but its a bit more expensive.
