Which one is better?

I wanna build a new system with a E4300 (once more thanks to a good samaritan´s answer for my question about the CPU). Now I need a Mainboard, I have check these MBs and they have more or less about the same price.

Which one is better?
1. ASUS P5B Dlx/Wifi-AP (Intel P965)
2. ASUS P5W DH Deluxe (Intel P975)
3. DFI LANPARTY UT ICFX3200-T2R/G (ATI RD600)
4. GigaByte N650SLI-DS4 (nForce 650i SLI)
5. GigaByte P35-DS4 (Intel P35)
6. XFX N680iLT SLI (nForce 680i SLI)

Basically, a friend of mine sugests that i should pick GigaByte P35-DS4 (Intel P35). But before i decide to buy it, i wanna ask you guys first.
I don't plan to OC (as i have written in my question about the cpu) not untill 1 or 2 years from now. But the OC potential is also important.

Either ASUS board will work fine foir now.And they'll give you the overclocking you may want to attempt later down the road.Giga-byte makes good boards as well, but I find they are not as overclockable as the ASUS boards.Although the DFI lanparty series is a good overclocker,I think you'll be happier overall with the ASUS.Goodluck.

Hmmmmm......
Thank you for the advice. In my home back then, I have also build a rig with D805+M2N32-SLI DELUXE (old version) and this baby worked just fine in 3.0 GHz.
But, one more question.
Should i go with ASUS P5W DH Deluxe (P975) or ASUS P5B Dlx/Wifi-AP (P965)?

The P965 chipset has the advantage of being cheaper and still offering great performance for conroe/C2D.However it does not support crossfire and lacks a couple of decent features the P975X chipset has.So if you are using only one video card and money is an issue,go with the 965.However if you can afford the extra money and will be running crossfire later down the road, then I suggest the 975X to be the better choice. However,I do believe the 965 chipset supports DDR2 800,whereas the 975 does not. However there may be a bios flash that will enable it to support DDR2 800.Goodluck.

Personally I would go with the P35 chipset if you think that you may want a CPU upgrade at some point - it wil support the forthcoming Penryn CPUs.
