I am planning to buy a motherboard for my core i5 3450 processor.
Which is a better motherboard from this three?

ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
MSI ZH77A-G41
Which company is better? Does ASRock produce good quality boards?
Is there any other good motherboard below Rs.8000.
Please help
