Which one is better?

But why not a board that supports PCI-e cards instead of an AGP?
i have a 7600GT AGP to pass on :) its a great card for now

im going to upgrade to PCI-E anyway but for now AGP will do my lil sh*t kicker bro fine 😛

I have a 7600GT AGP and an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+

The ASRock board that im looking at buying... am i able & would i worry about changing the nForce3 250 with an Ultra?
*is that something comp enthusiasts do? upgrading chipsets that is :s*

Was the nVidia nForce3 250/Ultra the last chipset that supported the AGP interface?

Is it a good chipset for the components i have?

Is the MSI board a better board *chipset* for what i have?

Overall gaming performance wise?
