which SSD is better as a boot drive

Corsair Force Series GT 60GB SATA III
Adata XPG SX900 64GB SATA 6.0Gb/s
Kingston SSDNOW 200 V 64GB
Intel 330 Series Maple Crest 60GB SATA 6.0Gb/s

They are all the same price and the only brands available for me in my country

That's probably true but it's like the difference between a Lamborghini and a Ferrari. Maybe the Lambo is a little faster but who really cares?

Outside of benchmarks, the difference between the fastest and slowest SSD is almost imperceptible. Would you really be able to notice if your computer booted in 29 seconds vs. 30? And even if you could, wouldn't an increase in reliability make up for slightly less speed?
