Which one is more powerful,Nvidia Tegra 4 or snapdragon 800

So I'm currently looking into buying a tablet and I would like to know which CPU is more powerful since I will be emulating games on it.Which one would be able to get me a higher performance in terms of frames per second since I know that both are powerful.

It seems that the snap dragon runs faster in 3d games and applications.
Although their are a few tegra optimized games. And how they would perform overclocked after a root.

If you don't want to tinker with that stuff though. The snap dragon is the faster one.
