Is that even a question? Not only does the Deepcool one have tempered glass, it's also much better is other points...

Both are cutesy, in their own way, but both also appear to be airflow starved (at least as far as my eye can tell from the photos) at the front intakes. If pushed (with no other choice), I'd probably opt for the DeepCool, as well.
