Which one is the best IPVanishVPN or ExpressVPN ?

1- connection speed.
2- The minimum amount of disconnection to the server.

I saw it on 10 best VPN providers and it was the 3rd,but IDK if Nord has a faster servers than those 2 and I can't confirm without a trial version 🙁
