Which one is the best?

Solution
The corsair m.2 drive is a pcie drive.
In theory, it should be faster because of faster sequential speeds.
The m.2 ssd mounts on the motherboard for a cleaner installation, needing no cables.

In practice, you will hardly notice since most of what is done in windows is small random I/O with low queue depth.

I tend to like Samsung.
One of the reasons is that their ssd migration app makes it easy to change out a ssd for a larger one.
