The AOC one has Freesync, which means if you have an AMD GPU then it virtually eliminates screen tearing. The Asus has the capability to do 3D, but I personally would choose freesync over 3D. The AOC is even the cheapest, so I would recommend it from pricing and specs alone.

These 3 monitors are all great for gaming. But I recommend the VG248QE by far, given it has Lightboost.

1) Not recommended. Is prone to LCD failure and black horizontal/vertical lines.

2) Very good, has Freesync, which is great.....only if you have an AMD video card. Which you don't.

3) Highly recommended. 144hz, 1ms, has lightboost for absolutely no motion blur.

imo, you should go with the VG248QE.

That one is not bad, but has questionable reliability, and colors. Unless it has a very big price difference, I'd still go with the Asus.

Not really. It's a hit or miss add-on. It works well in some games, not as well in others. V-sync is good enough for most games to remove screen tearing on a 144hz monitor such as the Asus.

Okay tysm for all the help! So should I have V-Sync on when I buy this monitor? I usually have it disabled

If you have screen tearing in a game, yes, you should enable V-sync. But it's not necessary for every game, and doesn't need to always be on.

Just be sure to connect this monitor to your pc using either with a Dual-Link DVI or Displayport cable, not HDMI.

HDMI doesn't support 144hz on this monitor.

No. Neither the AOC or the two Benq earlier support 144hz over HDMI. DVI dual-link is the best cable for gaming monitors.
