Which one of these 3 PC's is the best for the price?

Please tell me which one is the best. I'm pretty sure its the 1st one but people say number 3 is better. Number 3 has a 350w psu which seems dreadful but I don't know much about PC's so please help me. Thanks!

The first one. Easily. I'm not a big fan of the P400 case, but since it's prebuilt at least you won't have to deal with building in it for now. The specs are better on the first two than the last one and the first one has a bigger SSD than the second one.

Plus, the P400 looks decent too, even if it is a little cramped to build in.
