They're going to be relatively similar and both are 120mm AIOs. You shouldn't expect great things from either of them.

I'm willing to bet they are actually the exact same pump and radiator on both...each look like Asetek models.

Flip a coin or get something else.

What AIO or air cooler should I expect great things from? I plan to overclock my ryzen 5 3600 to 4.2Ghz maybe 4.3Ghz.

Any 240mm or 360mm aio, they pretty much are all the same, aesthetics aside. Or the noctua nhd15, basically the best air cooler available.

Since I can't spend more than 60 dollars, and can't fit a 240mm AIO or 360mm. I will just go with the FSP Windale 6.

Windale 6 is a good budget heatpipe cooler. I reviewed it about a year and half ago.
