For me, number 2 is a no-no straight away. Crappy SD screen 1366x768. You want 1080p.

I'd be looking at number 3. Better CPU, more cores, integrated GPU is better than intel.

Anything with AMD graphics, will be better than Intel as they all use an iGPU.

In terms of others, I'd stick with 4 or 6. But at those prices, they will roughly perform the same. Maybe the Intels will win in one benchmark, and AMD in the other.

Do you think number 7 is better than number 4? Since number 7 got a 16GB of RAM?
