Just go with the cheapest one.
The performance difference between the 4 won't be noticeable.

I would pick the first one.
As a brand, I like EVGA best.

#1 is a RTX2080 super which has 3072 CUDA cores vs 2944 for #3.
#1 has a higher boost clock than #2
#4 is asus.

Ultimately nothing wrong with any of them.
