Which one of these pc's should I buy?

So my budget is around $3000. However, I cannot use credit card atm so I can't buy pc parts otherwise I would be fine. I am asking which one of these pcs is good for gaming one is cheaper than the other but the graphics cards is what I'm focusing on. Will I be able to play most games on medium to high settings with a gtx 750 not TI? or should I get the second one which costs about $400 more and it is a gtx 760?

Why are you looking at these if you have a $3k budget?

bit of a waste to pair a 760 or 750 with an I7. Of course both are well under your budget, so not sure why they are of interested either, of course, the most expensive one with high model number GPU ie. 760 vs 750, is the best

wtf are you talking about? Read the link I posted. we're talking gtx 750 vs gtx 760. Nothing to do with GTX640.

Yes gtx760 is a solid middle to high end graphics card.

the i5 itself is not better than the i7. its the gpus in that equation. gtx970 is much better than gtx760.
a good i5 is actually more than enough and a good i7 is overkill. strictly speaking in terms of gaming, since most current games aren't able to scale into 8 threads and, therefore, the advantage that an i7 has is actually wasted. the extra threads are utilized greatly in other scenarios, however, such as heavy multitasking, video encoding, etc.

Like I said I don't want to pay 3k for a pc that's overkill.. I'm just saying I have 3k if I should buy the pc then install a better gpu in it or not. the store has gpus let me list them.
