Which one of these three pre-built computers is better?

well, the last option is obviously the most powerful one.
and given current GPU and RAM prices, it's actually a very good deal.
This computer will be best paired with 1440p monitor with at least 75Hz refresh rate.

Definitely the Cyber PowerPC. They also use off the shelf parts. So, you can likely overclock the Ryzen 5 1600 CPU given the B350 chipset. It is also by far the fastest of the three. It has the fastest CPU and GPU by a wide margin.

@n0ns3ns3 how good are the other 2 pcs? Because it will be way easier to get a cheaper pc as i'm still a teenager and don't have a job to gain money

The FX-6300 PC is not worth looking at. a dual core i3 does better job for gaming.
The first one would be fine for couple of years for 1080p@60Hz - but don't expect it to do wonders. IMO, upgrade to GTX 1070 is already justifying 150$ extra, but you also get a much better CPU.
The third option will simply last longer while providing better experience.
Since you are looking at Gaming PCs, have you checked the Intel based PCs ?

The last one from the first post with the GTX 1070 is by far the:
1. best value
2. best performer
3. well balanced.
See if it can fit your budget.

Sure it has a faster CPU and an SSD boot drive.

Some time in the future just add more RAM
