Which one of these two MSI GTX275 shall i get?

Hello everybody, i was wondering which one of these two MSI GTX275 GPUs i should get.

ill probably be getting a gtx275 because nvidias driver play better with 3dapps. mudbox, voxel, cuda.
planning to upgrade in a year or so.

but honestly all these stats there, to use an italian way of saying, "are water to me".

okay from what i understand the Lighting version is practically a TrinFrozer of second generation.

Why not go right for the 285 if you are willing to spend up to 351?

Or the Ati 5850 is in the 250-300 price range also. I recently crossed over from nvidia to ati for this card.

well it seems that for what i do mostly (3d sculpting, looooots of polygons) nVidias CUDA helps quite a lot. But yes i was about getting a 5870.. but then this one popped up and people on mudbox forums told me they were having strange artifacts with ATIs... but yeah im still kind of sceptic......
