Which one of those two RAM kits is better?

The HyperX is faster by a tiny bit. You would never know unless you did a memory benchmark. Real world they are the same thing, get whichever one looks cooler and works correctly with your motherboard.

CL 15 is faster than CL16 ... tho 2666 is usually same price as 2400.

As for brands ... I'll always go for Mushkin when it's available but pretty hard to get your hands on. After that, just about every vendor has a high quality line and I'd be hard pressed to say one brand was consistently better than the other
