Which one runs cool @ 400MHz?

Hi.

I would like to know which of the following mobos run cool @ 400 MHz FSB under load:

* Gigabyte P965-DS3 (estate which version)
* abit IB9 QuadGT
* Asus P5B-E Plus (now @ newgg)

In case you know another 775 mobo under 200$ you can post it too!

my p5b, active nb cooling, runs @ 400 fsb @ 38-39C

You mean the deluxe version? you mean you are using a 40 mm fan on the NB (active)?

i never said deluxe, just p5b, and yes I have a small fan attached to the stock nb cooler

Beware, 40mm fans can be very very loud because of low surface area. All depends on your tolerance for noise.

My Asus M2N-SLI deluxe (AMD, but bear with me) has that passive heatpipe cooling on the chipset, and I get about the same temperatures Assman gets. Not sure how much warmer or cooler the nForce 5xx chipsets are compared to the Intel ones, but it's plenty cool for me...and silent
