Stay away from MSI products. Definitely go with the EVGA windforce one, you may get a lower factory clock, but you can overclock it far more than the EVGA one.

The msi gaming mobo has good reviews thats why im getting it why do u hate it ? should i get asrock extreme 4 or gigabyte d3h instead ?and get the evga 770?

It's just personal preference mainly. I've heard a lot of bad things about msi mobos, people usually always say, stick with a gigabyte or asrock.
Don't let me hold you back from buying it though, just review their other stuf a bit more.

I've never had any problems with MSI both GPU and Mobo

The MSI mobo has a feature special for MSI GPUS thats why its tempting also the price of the windforce on amazon is 60$-70$ higher than msi gaming

Don't get the Lightning, get this MSI GTX 770 http://amzn.to/Zrkx1b and your MSI Z77 motherboard http://amzn.to/17uOUIN should be fine.

I would avoid MSI graphics cards, been having a really bad experience with them. Had to do two RMAs on my 7870 HAWK in less than a year, and the third card I got runs really hot because they screwed up the thermal paste application. Just shoddy workmanship all around.
