Is there any performance difference?

Go with the second one, if I am not mistaken it is cheaper and the GDDR5 will be much better. Even for an old pc, I would not go with any of these cards.

Thanks, it's doesn't matter with the price cuz they all are almost same. My PC is just too old to support anything above this
