they are pretty much the same.AOC one is obviously bigger but i expect it to be more expensive than the msi one.Performance wise they are really similar,both support G-Sync/FreeSync,1ms response time,144hz,1920x1080,yep pretty much the same.Ur choice,cant go wrong with either one
